Muswellbrook Race Club membership offers excellent value for regular racegoers, local supporters and those who want to play an active role in the Club’s future. Members enjoy admission to Club race meetings, exclusive access to the Members Area and a range of additional benefits throughout the membership year.
Membership runs from 1 July to 30 June each year.

Membership benefits, promotions and reciprocal arrangements may be updated during the membership year.
Members should present their current membership card when entering Muswellbrook Race Club on race day.
A valid membership provides complimentary admission for the member and one guest to Muswellbrook Race Club race meetings during the applicable membership year.
Membership cards are issued to the individual member and cannot be transferred or used by another person.
Members receive exclusive access to the Members Area within the Silks Function Centre on race days.
The Members Area offers an elevated race-day experience overlooking the racecourse and provides members with a comfortable place to enjoy the racing.
Access is subject to venue capacity, Club operating requirements and any additional arrangements in place for feature race meetings.
Members and their guests must comply with the Members Area dress regulations and the Club’s Conditions of Entry.
Each membership includes racecourse admission for one accompanying guest.
The guest must enter the racecourse with the member and may be required to remain accompanied by the member while using members-only facilities.
Additional guests will require a valid race-day ticket or hospitality booking.
Members are entitled to one complimentary racebook at each Muswellbrook Race Club race meeting, where racebooks are produced.
Members may be asked to present their membership card when collecting their racebook.
Additional arrangements may apply for major meetings, including Muswellbrook Cup Day.
Members are encouraged to review the individual race-day information before attending, as bookings may be required for reserved seating, dining packages or hospitality areas.
Muswellbrook Race Club encourages patrons to embrace the occasion and arrive in clean, neat and presentable attire.
The general race-day dress code is smart casual.
For gentlemen, a collared shirt and enclosed shoes are recommended. Suits, jackets and ties are optional for most meetings but are encouraged for feature race days, including Muswellbrook Cup Day.
Clothing should be clean, tidy, in good repair and appropriate for a family-friendly racing environment.
Some hospitality, members and corporate areas may have additional dress requirements. Please refer to your ticket or booking confirmation before attending.
Feature meetings may also include Fashions on the Field, providing the perfect opportunity to dress up and enjoy the tradition and style of country racing.
By applying for or renewing a Muswellbrook Race Club membership, the applicant agrees to the Club’s membership terms and conditions.
Membership is issued to the named member and is not transferable.
Membership cards, benefits, voting rights and members-only privileges must not be sold, shared or provided to another person.
Members may be asked to provide proof of identity when entering the racecourse, accessing the Members Area or using a membership benefit.

Membership may be suspended or cancelled if a member or their guest behaves in a dangerous, offensive or disruptive manner, enters a restricted area, misuses a membership card or breaches Club policies.
Membership cards remain the property of Muswellbrook Race Club and must be returned if requested.
Members must notify the Club if their card is lost, stolen or used without permission. The Club is not responsible for benefits used before a missing card is reported.
A fee may apply for replacement membership cards.
The use of a membership card or membership benefit confirms that the member has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Muswellbrook Race Club may amend its membership terms and conditions from time to time. The current terms published by the Club will apply.
Membership is valid for the nominated membership year, commencing on 1 July and concluding on 30 June.
Membership does not automatically continue beyond the expiry date unless it is renewed and the applicable membership fee is paid.
Membership fees are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Benefits are available only during the applicable membership period and remain subject to availability, venue capacity and the Club’s operating requirements.
Muswellbrook Race Club may amend, withdraw or substitute membership benefits, promotions or reciprocal arrangements where reasonably required.
Reciprocal benefits are administered by participating clubs and may be unavailable on major race days or special events.
Members are responsible for the conduct of their accompanying guests.
A guest’s access to the Members Area remains subject to capacity, dress regulations and any race-day restrictions imposed by the Club.
Members must provide accurate and current contact details and advise the Club of any changes.
By joining, members may receive communications about race meetings, membership benefits, promotions, functions and Club activities.
Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been accepted and membership benefits have been issued, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
A cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled race meeting does not automatically entitle a member to a full or partial membership refund.
